Drama empowers children to communicate confidently, offering an engaging platform for promoting social and emotional learning. This helps to develop essential life skills, such as empathy, communication, resilience, problem-solving, and teamwork, all the while improving one’s cognitive, physical, and over all well-being. Seeing the world through a theatrical perspective helps young minds imagine new worlds, new possibilities, and new ideas. An opportunity to develop their ability to think logically and creatively using their imagination to see beyond what already exists, and gain the courage to take their adventures into the unknown.

 

CHEER DANCE (Ages 6-10)

Welcome to our Introduction to Cheer Dance class, designed for beginners eager to explore cheerleading fundamentals. This 6-week course, suitable for ages 6-10 with no prior experience needed, covers cheerleading history, basic techniques, jumps, stunts, tumbling, and dance. Each class includes a dynamic warm-up, technique training, tumbling basics, choreography practice, and a cool-down. Our experienced instructor will ensure a supportive environment, offering personalized feedback to help you develop strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence while having fun and building friendships.

 

POM DANCE (Jr/Sr High School Students)

Our NEW Pom Dance Style class dive into the vibrant world of pom dance! This 6 Week course is ideal for dancers of all levels eager to master dynamic movements from cheerleading, jazz, and hip-hop. You'll learn Pom dance fundamentals, techniques, and terminology while building skills in precision, synchronization, and performance. The class features a comprehensive structure: warming up, practicing techniques, incorporating pom poms, and working on choreographed routines. Conclude with a cool-down to aid recovery. Suitable for Grades 7-12, no prior experience is required. Our experienced instructor will provide individualized feedback in a supportive environment. Experience the excitement and energy of Pom dance with us. 

POWER PILATES (AGES 13 - Adult)

Monday 5:00 - 6:00 PM

 

Pilates focuses on strengthening the core muscles, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall body alignment through con-trolled, precise movements. Exercises emphasize breath control and proper posture to promote balance and functional movement.
